10 ways to make Your day

I know how you feel. I had one of those days today, but I snapped out of it quickly! It’s all about changing mindset, and I have a few tricks I use to feel good about myself.

1. Take a nap

Turn off your phone and computer, lock the doors around you and take a nap – If you are feeling low, perhaps you just need some rest?

2. Change perspective

Stop idling in front of the computer! Take a walk and only focus on the things around you for a change. Count the number of different colors you can find. How many birds are singing? Just observe people and try to figure out what they are thinking. – This is an excellent way to get new perspectives on old problems.

3. Get an expensive haircut

Never underestimate the power of a good scalp massage and a great hair due to cheer you up! My personal favorite is Tony & Guy in Oslo. (http://www.toniandguy.com/, no affiliation)
